The world of work has shifted to an online global world where communication needs to be clear and concise between individuals, teams and the whole organisation. Whether the team works fully in office, hybrid or remote, clear communication fosters an environment of collaboration and teamwork. If business writing is done wrong, it can cause miscommunication which can lead to a bad company culture, high turnover rates and even a loss in revenue.

The Business Writing short course will give learners the confidence and skills to write proposals, reports, memos and other professional forms of correspondence.

Learners will focus on how to align their business writing to the organisation’s brand and tone so that the organisation can speak with one voice, eliminating miscommunication. Learners will also learn how to write for their audience and learn how to tackle different communiques in the business world.
