In today’s dynamic professional landscape, the space for women to step into influential roles is expanding. It’s imperative for women to recognise their leadership potential and actively cultivate the skills and knowledge required to lead with authenticity, impact and confidence. This women in leadership course serves as a roadmap to unlocking leadership excellence! Specifically designed for women in or aspiring to leadership roles, it addresses the unique needs and aspirations of women within the South African context. It offers a personalised journey towards leadership proficiency.

The course focuses on practical skills such as negotiation tactics, emotional intelligence, effective communication and leadership strategies, with a particular emphasis on implementing workplace diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives driven by and for women.

Learners will explore self-awareness, leadership presence and building meaningful relationships. The goal is to equip learners with the skills and confidence needed to lead authentically and forge meaningful connections with diverse stakeholders.
