About this course
To stay relevant and become sustainable, a business requires people who can analyse, plan, and solve business problems to reach strategic objectives. This business analysis course will teach learners to understand business systems so that they can learn how to analyse business activities, engage with all stakeholders, design well-thought out business requirements and implement them. Learners will also be able to create use cases, scope products, and use tools and techniques to increase the productivity and sustainability of their business.
By using the well-recognised Business Analysis Core Concept Model™, learners will build well-structured business processes with stakeholder buy-in. The course content is from the International Institute of Business Analysis™, the leaders in business and systems analysis and is applied in a real-world scenario as the learners work through case studies.

- Module 7 – Structured Walkthroughs and Critical Appraisals
- Final Assessment: Learners will be required to submit a Business Systems Solution, constructing a model of an end-to-end business process to solve a business problem.
