About this course

Mangers play a very important role in the Human Resources cycle but they typically don’t have the skills for this part of their role. Having this knowledge will help people managers to optimise their teams and put strategic plans in place to guide employees through the HR cycle: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation. The shift to hybrid and remote modes of work has made this part of their job even more important, as they have to navigate different ways of work.

This human resource course for people manager helps learners close the knowledge gap between HR and people managers so that employees feel more secure in their work, creating a healthy culture where teams can work towards organisational objectives. This decreases employee turnover and leads to a sustainable organisation.
