About this course
About this course
In a fast-paced, ever-changing world of work, it is important to build teams that collaborate and perform well. To do this, a leader needs to firstly know themselves and how they react so that they can use these habits to their advantage when it comes to building empathy and improving positive communication. These skills are especially powerful in a remote or hybrid work structure.
This course will give learners practical tools that they can use to create a great team culture that leads to efficiency, effectiveness and synergy so that their high-performing team can meet organisational objectives in a dynamic and hybrid/remote place of work. As part of the power skills, learners will learn how to motivate, influence and drive team success.
Learners first learn who they are through self-assessments. This is key to understanding what they bring to the table so that they can build high-performing teams, followed by putting their skills to the test through a number of team-based activities that build competencies.
This course is ideal for:
- Aspiring leaders (or people already in leadership position) that want to build teams that are resilient, collaborative and high functioning.
